What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We only collect IP address just in case we need to ban someone for Spam or any other abusive behavior.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Call Records and Voice Recordings on YouTube

All Lenny Only calls are recorded. Including voice. We do not Sell or Give, your personal information to any 3rd party. However, if you are a Robot Caller, Telemarketer, Spammer or a Scammer, we WILL post your information publicly and then laugh at you at your expense on our YouTube Channel HERE. You fuck with us? We fuck with you. We charge $500 for each Robot Caller company, Scammer, Spammer or Telemarketer to be removed from our Hall of Shame (Recorded Calls) list. This fee is non-negotiable. If you’re an extra level of an asshole, we may and will demand a higher fee at our own discretion to remove your calls. Good YouTube content is Priceless so there is no limit on how much we may demand so be nice to me!

Note: Everyone gets spam (unsolicited) emails to fill out surveys. We love spam! We fill out the surveys and put Lennys call back number in the contact form. If you are an asshole that buys “leads” from spammers you are more of an asshole and also stupid. We will not remove your call unless you pay us $500.

To be even considered for removal, you must make a public post on our forum HERE and answer the following questions:

1.) Your Business name
2.) Where did you get Lenny’s #
3.) Who did you pay to get the “lead” if it was spam
4.) Public Apology on why you robo-called or spammed or why you were stupid enough to buy leads from spammers or hire robo-callers. Minimum of 2 Paragraphs.

If your application is approved, a payment of $500+ must be processed before being removed.

If you threaten to sue us over this, Lynx happens to be a Professional Litigation Specialist in NYC that is more than capable in handling civil supreme and federal cases and dying to be sued by a scammer, robo caller or a telemarketer so he can make an example out of you. So Please Make his day!

Rejection Lines (Karen, etc) are not recorded

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Anti-Spam policy

Under no circumstances do we sell, rent or give your email address to any 3rd party entity. We hate spammers as much as you. In fact, we go after them as well to make their lives a living hell. We have shut down multiple spam servers down in the past and will continue to do so.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
